Summary: We had an amazing time staying at Sam's property. From the start, communication with Sam was friendly and responsive, and it was great to know we were dealing directly with the owner rather than through a management agency. He even checked in with us during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was much appreciated. The unit itself was spotless and equipped with modern amenities. The WiFi worked perfectly, allowing us to work remotely without any issues. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the beach as promised, and conveniently close to a variety of fantastic restaurants. Plus, being right at one of the ferry terminals made getting around so easy. I would definitely love to stay here again on a future visit!
